Each TAVRA piece is handcrafted and made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or other times of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier conditions, customs processing, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Holiday shipping may also take longer, so we recommend ordering early.

  • Orders under $39 USD: $9.90 USD shipping
  • Orders of $39 USD or more: Free shipping

Available shipping destinations and final shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@tavra.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun.

International Orders

International shipping availability is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because TAVRA products are handcrafted, made to order, and may be customized for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong style.

Quality Issues, Damage, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at any time at support@tavra.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. We are always happy to help and will work with you toward an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Natural Materials & Handmade Variations

Natural crystals and handmade components may vary slightly in color, clarity, pattern, shape, and texture. These natural variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
